What is your ‘Good Fight’?
The Good Fight I am fighting is an attempt to shift negative cultural expectations in our daily lives. To change the unnecessarily stressful working environment norms that impact on us all to be more inclusive, aligned with personal and collective strengths. I work with individuals, groups, teams and organisations using behaviour change and positive psychology interventions to really figure out how to be more inclusive, accessible and create thriving work/home/community environments.
I am also committed to increasing connection through platonic touch. I want to help change ‘no touch’ policies in hospitals, care homes and in the community. Reclaim platonic touch to increase well-being and decrease touch deprivation. All of which is evidence based across generations in a variety of settings.
What do you need to realise your goal?
Venues: good spaces to facilitate well-being workshops, behaviour change training, 1-2-1 sessions.
Creative thinkers who want to share space to consider how we transcend existing ‘norms’.
Connections with businesses who might benefit from a healthier, happier workforce and client group.
Social media support and App development skills.
